DORIAN JEWELS — OFFICIAL POLICY

At Dorian Jewels, every piece is handled with precision and intention. This policy ensures clarity, fairness, and protection for both the customer and the brand.

### 1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Standard Items  
Orders are processed and delivered within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-Order / Limited Pieces  
Certain items are prepared specifically per order and require 10–15 business days for completion and delivery.

Shipping  
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders.  
Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched.

Delays  
Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, demand, or external factors (holidays, logistics) are not grounds for refunds.

### 2. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers within the EU may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, under the following conditions:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition  
- All original packaging must be included  
- Proof of purchase (digital receipt) is required  
- The security tag must remain attached and intact

Important — Security Tag Policy  
All Dorian Jewels items are delivered with a security tag.  
If the tag is removed, damaged, or altered, the item is considered used and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Terms  
- Shipping costs are non-refundable  
- Return shipping is fully covered by the customer  
- Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval  

Dorian Jewels reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

### 3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)  
- Made-to-Order / Limited Pieces

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.

### 4. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for size or product changes.

- The first exchange is free (we cover reshipping)  
- Additional exchanges may include shipping fees  

Items must meet all return conditions, including the security tag requirement, to qualify.

### 5. ORDER CANCELLATION

Standard Items  
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.

Made-to-Order / Limited Pieces  
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

### 6. DORIAN GUARANTEE

Each piece is covered by the Dorian Guarantee, activated through:

- Your Digital Receipt (email confirmation)  
- Your Dorian Card included in packaging

These serve as proof of authenticity and coverage.

Coverage Includes  
- Manufacturing defects  
- Issues identified upon delivery  
- Verified product faults not caused by usage  

Approved cases are resolved with a replacement at no cost.

Not Covered  
- Normal wear and tear  
- Scratches, impact damage  
- Exposure to water, chemicals, or misuse  

Dorian Jewels reserves the right to evaluate each claim.

### 7. DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

If an item arrives damaged or is lost:

- Contact us within 48 hours  
- Provide supporting evidence (photos / tracking)

Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement.  
Refunds are not issued when a replacement solution is provided.

### 8. PRODUCT USE & CARE

Customers are responsible for proper care.

Dorian Jewels is not liable for damage caused by:  
- Improper use  
- Environmental exposure  
- Normal wear over time  

Avoid water, perfumes, and chemicals.

### 9. FRAUD & ABUSE PROTECTION

To maintain fairness and protect the integrity of our brand:

- We reserve the right to refuse returns, claims, or service in cases of suspected abuse  
- Items returned in worn condition, without tags, or inconsistently reported will be rejected  
- Repeated or suspicious activity may result in denial of future service
